We understand that unexpected events or circumstance can come up that could prevent you from keeping your appointment. If you are unable to keep an appointment, we cordially ask that you provide us with more than 24 hours / one business day notice. As a courtesy to Dr Segovia and other patients, we require this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient that may be in need of our services. In addition, our growing practice still needs to cover our overhead expenses for the day. A fee will be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment or does not provide more than 24 hours or 1 (one) business day of notice.
